Welcome to Random Messages
Random Messages was created from a simple belief: kind words still matter.
Unlike traditional greeting card companies, we focus not on events, but on emotional connection. On altruism. On the quiet joy of knowing that somewhere, someone paused - thinking of you.
Each postcard carries a message of encouragement and care. A gentle reminder. Nothing elaborate. Nothing urgent. Just simple words designed to steady and uplift, reminding you that you are seen. You are valued. You’ve got this.
A postcard.
A few thoughtful lines.
Sometimes the most powerful words are the ones sent for no reason at all - no celebration, no announcement, no expectation. Sent with genuine warmth, without the need for recognition or credit.
Random Messages exists to help people reach people again. To take part in quiet acts of kindness that ripple further than we may ever know.
Because sometimes the smallest message arrives at exactly the right time.
Random Messages

We are all about providing a little kindness, sent through the post.
Every card is written and sent with care, because sometimes the smallest message arrives at exactly the right moment.

In a world of instant messages and endless scrolling, receiving something handwritten feels different.
Random Messages exists to bring back the quiet magic of post - kind words, encouragement, and connection, delivered snail-mail to a real letterbox.
You can decide to send a random message to someone you know, someone you don't know, or sign up to receive one yourself.
How It Works
First you choose if you want to send or receive a postcard/letter containing a random message.
Click on the send option below.
Choose a postcard, card, or handwritten letter.
Write your message (or choose one from the dropdown selection).
Sign your card or keep it anonymous. You can choose to send it to a random person from our library of recipients.
Pay, and we do the rest.
We will select your card, write your message out for you, put a stamp on it, and put it in the post.
Click on the receive option below.
Fill in the form with your details.
Wait to receive a card from a random stranger, on a random day.
Someone else will deliver a moment of kindness to you by paying for your message.
We will then write it and send it to you.
This works on a random lottery system where we select recipients from our database and use any special dates/occasions you might have listed with us to guide us.

A quiet encouragement to someone you know and love.
A random congratulations because they deserve it.
An anonymous note just because you are thinking of them.
A random message to brighten a stranger’s day.
A pick me up because you know they're down.
A surprise that you know will make them smile.
A good deed sent out of kindness.
A cosmic high-five to someone to let them know they are not alone.
